David V. Russell

David V. Russell is a California licensed attorney, practicing in Estate Planning, Trust Litigation, Trust & Probate Administration, and Small Corporate law.  David received his Juris Doctor degree and legal training from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, where he was a member of the Moot Court academic honors program.  David also studied Art Law in London through a “study abroad” program through Southwestern.  In addition to the California State Bar, David is a member of the Pasadena Bar Association, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

David studied Public Policy and Management at the University of Southern California, receiving his bachelors and masters degrees at the Sol Price School.  While at USC, David was a member of the Trojan Marching Band and the USC Men’s Chorus.  David continues to perform with various groups including the Pasadena Community Orchestra.

Following his studies at USC, David was an administrator for various academic healthcare entities for almost a decade prior to attending law school.  Prior to opening his own practice in 2018, David clerked for and began his practice in a well-respected boutique firm in Pasadena.

David originally hails from the Bay Area, born and raised in the Evergreen neighborhood of San Jose, the Capitol of the Silicon Valley.  In addition to playing music, David is an avid music fan from classic rock, folk, to opera.  David is a member of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association and is a California native plant enthusiast.  David lives with his wife and family in Pasadena.
